Here are some recent announcements of upcoming events or of community news. Note that we strive to keep our Calendar of Events up to date - look there for upcoming activities.

Our rabbi is R' Laura Duhan Kaplan.  The rabbi is available for appointments at Or Shalom on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.  Please phone her at 604-872-1614 or email her at reblaura@telus.net

Reb Laura writes a weekly "Taste of Torah". These short pieces, drawn from her thoughts or the thoughts of her teachers, are circulated on our email list and printed in our weekly bulletin. They are collected here for you to read and think about.

Reb Laura has compiled her articles and lectures on a wide range of topics in a website of her writings.  Here it is.
