As our forefathers and foremothers made their way to the Temple to celebrate Sukkot, they sang psalms of ascent, making aliyah (ascent) to Jerusalem. On Friday, the seventh day of Sukkot, we will learn and daven three psalms of ascent, Psalms 121, 126 and 131. Psalms are available in Hebrew and English here.
