As Chanukah crescendos and closes with the lighting of the eighth candle on Dec. 5, it’s only natural for us to gather at the Bayit, as a community, to joyfully raise that light and let it shine into the world. It’s dark out there so let’s all have some in-person fun! To do just that, Or Shalom has planned an all-ages musical celebration featuring Jewish folk band Sulam. There will be a guided instrument-making activity for the wee ones, an interactive, musical storytelling session to follow, community Chanukah candle lighting, and Sulam will perform a second adults-focused show. Come for one leg of the journey or all!
