As part of Or Shalom’s ongoing commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, Or Shalom Synagogue, Rabbi Hannah Dresner, and the Tikkun Olam Co-ordinating Committee are offering the KAIROS Blanket Exercise, an experiential workshop and sensitive teaching tool that explores the nation-to-nation relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in the northern part of Turtle Island, or what became known as Canada.
